Do you think the divorce rate has increased because of a relaxing of the "rules" in many religions, or perhaps it's just that divorce is much easier now than it ever was before...

I am currently writing a book about surviving the loss of a child. I have heard that up to 90% of married couples divorce after the death of a child. Is this statistic accurate and where can I find a reliable source for this statistic? Thank you!

Add me to the statistic of divorce after the loss of a child. It is extremely difficult to stay married. We were married 20 years.

That's the great thing about capitalism. We at least are able to submit divorce rate information and know it's acurate. Unlike socialist countries that keep it a secret or dont care.

I really dig the information that is posted. What I am in need of now is the amount of people (men & women) who pay child support.
