They don't seem to have much on crime rates in Cuba. Cuba is not entirely open on things, especially anything that could make them look bad. Looking around the Net I find: In 1988, there were 6,531 cases of theft recorded by police investigators for a rate of 62 per 100,000 population. That's all I could find except mention of the drug trade, but no specific stats.
