30th August 2005 		Perhaps some specification is needed. EG An agoraphobe is not likely to cause too many problems, but is certainly messed up in the head. Yet an axe murderer is likely to concern the best natured of people by removing their neighbours head. Or perhaps the majority of people don't consider psychopaths to be emotionally unstable.
