Sweden needs to be up there. Everyone is on sick/stress leave here despite a stress-less work environment. My company has 32 people on stress leave out of 500 employees. This is for long term stress leave, about 4 months. Soft people here in Sweden! |

The significance of the figures is not clear. Do they refer to paid public holidays, or days of sickness, or both, or all paid time not worked? I find it hard to believe that Iceland's 367 days and Switzerland's 1 day can measure the same thing. |

Australia only gets 61 days off? Haha.. I don't think so. They get 40 days of vacation STARTING there. That's 104 (weekends) + 40 = 144 days off AT LEAST. Plus public holidays. |
