It's way more disturbing when babies are murdered. Have the babies done anything wrong? NO. Have the abortions clinics done anything wrong? YES. Problem solved: murdering babies is more disturbing. |

As much as you think abortion is horrible and wrong . . . what would the world's population be like without it? We're already approaching 7 billion. I think what's horrible and wrong, is not the amount of abortions that are going on, but the amount of unplanned pregnancies and the inability of these families to feel like they can support another child. That is what is sad, horrible, and wrong. |

Abortion is Murder. Abortion is Homacide. The Nazi army use to throw "inferior" babies up in the air and use them as shooting targets. The only evil I can think of that can compares those atrosities is abortion in modern society. Shame on Russia, America, China and the rest of Europe and developed Asia I agree with Kayla about the horrors of overpopulation but numerous studies show that education and contraception are much more effective than abortion. The insanity and ignorence of abortion sickens me the most: Why should an Innocent Infant be Butchered at Birth because someone wanted to have a little good time. Abortion makes feel disgusted to belong to the human race. |

Wow, what a board! First, this is not our life to control. Whatever the consequences of our actions on earth, we will be judged by God. Abortion is the destruction of life. period. So, Kayla, even though it has 'controlled the population' (to the point that first world countries will die out) it does not justify the killing. I am guessing the proponents are typical of my generation and shun taking responsiblity (having the baby, NOT getting rid of it.) Hannah, I am going to have everyone I know pray for you. Finally, contraception is not the answer to ending abortion. There are methods of regulating fertility that are completely natural. |

Abortion is terminating life, which is murder. Period. So much talk about control and yet we are not in control of our lives. We will be judged by God in the end and "trying to limit the world population" will not suffice as an excuse to extinguishing a soul. |

Please everyone refer any woman or man who has suffered the experience of abortion to the website rachelsvineyard.org They have healing retreats that are POWERFUL! I am a marriage and family therapist and I work with women and men who have been sold the lie that abortion is the "removal of tissue". They suffer greatly. The lie of aboriton requires people to set up a denial system that over time after the abotion causes them multiple mental health and relationship issues. A healed post-abortive woman can speak the truth of abortion like noone else! |

To all who advocate contraception as the solution to ending abortion: First, one of the most common method of contraception (the pill)actually causes chemical abortions. It works in three ways - by preventing ovulation, preventing capacitation of the sperm, and, if the previous two fail, by preventing implantation of the embryo after fertilization. Second, abortion is the obvious logical conclusion to contraception. When you use contraception, you at stating that you do not under any circumstance want a child. With that mindset, when the contraception fails, the logical conclusion is to rid yourself of your child by any means possible (ie abortion). For those who think the world is overpopulated: If we were to put the entire world (I assumed around 6 billion people) into the state of Texas, each PERSON (not even family) would have a 1216.4 square foot house. World overpopulated? I think not... |

Abortion is a holocaust. Imagine over 6 million potential babies killed, and this is not even including China and other countries, every year! NO WONDER GOD IS ANGRY WITH US. YES, THERE IS A GOD! He disires to have more souls in Heaven, but instead we are killing these babies through abortion because of OUR GREED for ourselves. JUST PLAIN GREED AND SELFISHNESS! |

Just imagine when you die having to walk through a very long tunnel with all the aborted babies of this generation pointing at you demanding to know what you did to stop it. Are you writing your Congressman and Senators? More importantly, are you voting with the correctly informed conscience? And most importantly, are you praying daily before the Blessed Sacrament? How will you answer our Lord? |

What's all this nonsense about religion? Do you how many people the christian God kills in the bible? Religion is not a concious decision, parents and society have more to say than you yourself. It's like language, and different birthplaces mean different religions. Everything that has ever lived and shall ever live will one day die. People will not stop having sex, so use condoms and other that work for most of the time. And no they do not have holes. |
